I need a place to keep up with the awesome Dairy Free Recipes that I find so this might help you if you’re just starting out too!

Also I should note that I am not COMPLETELY dairy free. I still eat small amounts. Make sure you double check the recipe for your own dietary needs.

  • Dairy Free Chicken Casserole  — This was pretty delicious and healthy. I used Chicken broth instead of the bouillon powder the first time I made it, but the second time I just used water and it was fine without it. I also used a bag of frozen mixed veggies instead of one bag of this and that. I really liked using the clear bag of gumbo vegetables. We got these at Bruno’s and they had celery and okra in them as well as green peas and carrots. If you can find this bag, buy it! I used Sam’s Club Mesquite Chicken (which is already baked) and cooked it about half way, chopped it up, and put it in the mixture. It was all pretty easy. Use plenty of water while making the mixture though!
  • Dairy Free Cream of Mushroom Soup — This was great and super easy. I used Lactose Free milk instead of Soy and it turned out great. I also used Olive Oil instead of margarine to saute the mushrooms and onions. I used this to make Tater Tot Casserole.
  • Crock Pot Hawaiian BBQ Chicken — Making this, this friday night with rice and green beans. Will post how it turns out.
